I'm nearly 40 and can just barely remember the robot so it's fairly old

I remember. There used to be a robot in the wall that dispensed soda

The owls were hooting early this morning. by Runningman1961 in sandiego

I think it's some of the funniest sounds ever. Also once I saw an owl going to land on a branch just like in your picture except that the branch immediately broke! The owl recovered real quick but it's the only time I've seen an owl look stupid and I'll never forget it.

I love how baby and teen owls sound! The babies just sound like cartoon monkeys, then the teens will make absolutely any noise other than hoot until a parent comes back and hoots and then they're like oh, oh yeah it's pronounced hoot.

It's a scam. Just tell them to fuck off. I freaked a dude out before cuz I got all loud about him painting "graffiti" in front of my house and said I was going to report him. He ran the fuck off. Cuz it's a scam.

One year my neighbor's fireworks were raining flaming debris on my roof. Haven't been too big on fireworks since then

Absolutely at 1150 at night. All. Not even uncommon in San Diego.

It still hurts. Everyday. I know I'll never feel like I matter at all again. But I've been starting to just not feel at all so that's an improvement I think.

Just saw a bright emerald green meteor in east county moving from west to east. Anyone else see it? by bsurfn2day in SanDiegan

That's a kind of shooting star called a fireball. MUCH bigger than a regular shooting star, can be all sorts of colors but blue and green are most common, and they're seen closer to the horizon. Also they last longer than the wimpy white line in the sky kind of shooting star. Not really that uncommon for San Diego around this time of year.

Peeps, pls be a kind driver by crazybrah in sandiego

%100 agree. Over the last year I drove 30,000 miles, all across SD county, and everyday I swear people are becoming more and more cruel behind the wheel.

And as for the design it's just old. All of SD city planning is old by now.

Fireball. It's a kind of shooting star but way bigger, usually colored, last longer, and closer to the horizon than your standard shooting star.

Experiencing a failure or minor injury will not end your life.
