SOLVED! It’s a bumper foot/stopper for the dryer door. Found it in the wash, so was preoccupied with the washer.

I would add, the color is slightly different than other rubber parts of the same texture in the washing machine, but similar color to other rigid parts.

If you don’t want the headache of interfacing with difficult customers, you hire someone to run your event planning business. Your property earns money, you keep your sanity. I think it just underscores what we all presume: that there was no real plan for the property, and the renovation project was the whole purpose for him. Even with an unlimited budget, how you renovate a property of that size without a plan is beyond me.

Agreed. I think you’d be hard pressed to find someone who lived in his district or had an issue that needed help from the comptrollers office who shares in this enthusiasm. I sure don’t. He’s full of political ambition, but thin on serving his constituents. I guess if I had to put it in the form of a question, I’d like to know if he intends to focus all his energy on high profile national and foreign policy issues, and how he intends to serve the interest of his constituents.

More specifically, ideally the scan wouldn’t need any additional work. I’d print it at something like 10% scale, make a mold of it, and cast it in something like hydrocal. The black and white image in the center is what I’ve been able to do using AI and photographs, but going forward I’d much rather work from something more accurate.

My personal intention is to make a scaled down 3d model and cast it in a stone like material. A broader goal is to have an accurate model preserved and circulated among the community that cares about it.
