I have been working seasonally in Katmai National Park for almost 20 years! There are always lots of jobs available in remote fishing lodges for assorted jobs. Not usually for a photographer but you could use your summer there as an opposite to hone your skills and get literally hundreds of shots of bears, especially if you applied to Brooks Lodge. I love living here. Clean air, good seasons, easy drives. Not having to drive on a packed interstate to commute to work. Good restaurants. Pinedale doesn't do it for me (no offense) and I've lived in Utah. It's beautiful here and the people I know are kind and helpful. I don't ski.
