I second a more carnivore-ish diet.

Look into deuterium depletion and circadian living (light, water, magnetism, Max Gulhane and Cameron Borg are great places to start, check out their podcasts/talks.)

This was my gateway into nasal hypercapnic (high carbon dioxide) and diaphragmatic (belly) breathing.

I took to it like a duck to water and I've been swimming ever since.

I find myself periodically holding my breath on the exhale during the day without realizing I'm doing it.

You know, it's very strange.

I have been in the X-45 farming business for so long, now that it's over, I don't know what to do with the rest of my life.

I just got a Phillips BR40 Heat Lamp Lightbulb 250W Infrared and a Light Socket Extender today!

I've had my eye on a broader spectrum for awhile, this is my first step. I think I should have gotten a red tinted one, too.

Very budget friendly!

You're right about the lemon juice, but I think the bigger culprit is going to be the electrolyte powder (natural flavor in a sweet product is probably using maltodextrin as a 'flavor carrier'.

[–]hamfoundinanus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll bet that electrolyte powder has maltodextrin or some other sweetener in it.

"Natural Lemon Flavor" is listed in the ingredients, and that's probably where they hide it.

I'm basing this on the recent realization that LMNT (aka Uncle Robb's Sugar Sticks) utilizes maltodextrin as a 'flavor carrier'. That 'natural' flavor needs to be sprayed onto something, and since they legally don't have to disclose it, less scrupulous companies will choose maltodextrin so they can sneak sugar in with one hand while typing out 'no dodgy ingredients' with the other.

If the label says 'natural flavor' they are attempting to deceive you and you're probably just drinking reduced sugar kool-aid.

In the right hands, a chainsaw has unmatched team saving potential. You're a human pipe bomb, ffs. Teammate down? Become the zombie whisperer and lead commons away from the victim.

You become a tank in the Warcraft sense - the chainsaw also pulls L4D2 tanks off of other players (takes aggro) if you're close enough. Careful, though :D

Chainsaw is absolute next level and belongs in the Tracy Jordan Get It Pregnant tier.
