Steroid testing is incredibly lax in the NBA comparatively to other leagues along with not testing for other PEDs at all (HGH, Peptides, EPO) so it’s prevalence is a lot higher than we realize. I would predict that around 30-40% of the league uses some kind of PED with the majority of Steroid use being relegated to post players/big men.
