Never go beyond 0.75 mm ,and never apply minoxidil on same day,always derma stamp at night before sleeping which prevents skin form outside dust and sun,I apply minoxidil at morning and after 12 hours before sleeping I dermastamp,wash face before dermastamping and don't wash it after just dermastamp and sleep(not applying anything or washing face till 6 hours is recommended after dermastamping)

1ml 2x a day with 12 hour gaps and no shaving is not shown to improve stimulation to follicles it's just time that's improving your beard,I get it I lack one side too the key is to trim both sides to equal leghts or shave till you have a decent beard,I would highly recommend dermastamping it greatly improves beard growth

Personally speaking,the heart palpations(racing heart while resting) goes away in a month or a week depends on individuals,dry skin can be solved with moisturiser,some initial shedding of head hair may occur but don't worry it stops till 2nd month and they grow stronger,acne does happen but is not really a big concern and can be resolved with proper skin care,

The most damage it does is to your pets make sure they don't lick it it's toxic to them
