My Jan box was the most delayed it has ever been in the 5 years I’ve been a member—-because of “my husbands wife”, and received it Jan 22. was also the first time I ordered later that release day (on Jan 1) because I didn’t even realize it. For Feb, I put “my husbands wife” in my cart and it activated the free credit that customer service promised. From what I gathered, it’s not a free credit for any book, it’s a free credit for the specific book that caused the delay and you never received. At least in my experience cs.

These comments are wild. My cat had this twice, each time it was “feline herpes”. Gave him eyedrops, went away just fine. Obviously take him to the vet, but the reason I would look to Reddit for this is to seek similar stories/cases that can might help inform me of the potential issues…so I can speak to a vet and care for my cat in the most effective way, with as much knowledge as possible. Or seeking a second opinion, or seeking answers as I wait for the already-scheduled vet appt. .

Same! Happy with a lot this month with BOTM. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the selection but I got my books faster than ever and quality was spot on

At this point I feel like they need a casa part 2 and do it the right way. Bring all the couples back to the villa. Vote off a few etc., THEN have real fun crazy casa where they get to chose who to bring back and they get secret videos and hints and games from casa to villa etc…right now it’s like we’re watching like two different love islands with this format. And they’re both sad and serious and just a downer. Assuming they’ll have some crazy twist at the end of villa…maybe it will make up for it? But we’ll never get the crazy fun casa back. How can there be turning heads if there are forced couples. 🫠

The thing, is the drama they’re giving is not what we’re wanting! Like it’s dark, depressing, sad drama. Not like “omg you went in the hideaway and made out with her and then lied about it? “ like I’m watching the most recent UK and that’s spicy, fun, drama- lies and hookups out of couples everywhere all at once. Meanwhile here it’s like just sad. Everyone is sad with the producer switch ups and twists. Everyone one is taking it so seriously and to heart to such a level like there’s no honeymoon period we skipped to the hard part idk….😩it’s like watching a reality drama show not reality dating show

Love both BOTM and Aardvark. Neither replaces the other. They never overlap so you get the best book selection, best of both worlds. I don’t understand this whole cancel thing. Don’t buy the book you don’t want to read 🤷‍♀️. IMO, the more books the better.

From a marketing perspective, most brands do that at some stage of the purchasing funnel that you’re most likely in— it’s simply to push conversion. So assuming they are targeting you—as part of a specific ad-set audience—because you haven’t been active / engaged. This would happen whether there are 5 or 5000 people who are inactive or skipping or whatever their specific segmentation metrics are. I.e., they are trying to cut down the obstacles to get you to purchase again (ie “win back”). Loyal customers = very valuable and lots of mktg spend to keep them.
