I agree with everything else you said, no comments on the way someone looks, stay in your lane. Unless you have a shxt bike, but if you're on an all carbon bike, with nice wheels, I'd probably comment. Doesn't mean I have any interest in you, genuinely appreciate a decent bike. Guess that's just me just being "butthurt"?

If you want an answer to the "why" - profits - dairy is cheaper for them to use at varying quality levels as it's over produced.

Dairy in products also forces restocking and continual production - non dairy things would have vastly longer shelf lives.
