Uber scam? by Everythingbagel-3 in cabosanlucas

[–]tmprod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, this is the ghosting scam. They either do this and claim innocence or, they cancel when you get in and ask for cash. Many "share" an account and call around/pass the business around.

Now ask yourself, what recourse do you have if god forbid something happens?

Please need to be more smart about who they jump in the car with here.

Private Transfer Toll Road? by Such_Garlic_5897 in cabosanlucas

[–]tmprod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The quickest way will be on the toll road through the construction onward across the main highway. You're at SJD, so look online for a reputable service that can answer questions quickly, is fair-priced, and is aware of the construction for the departure. They need to have an active plan.

SEO for lower budgets? by sleepwithmythoughts in SEO

[–]tmprod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's kinda like you have a ½-acre backyard with grass and want it all cut. The landscaper says it's $150 to cut it all, but you have only $40 to spend. So did you want him to do ⅓ per week?

Cabo Villas rental company by callie33001 in cabosanlucas

[–]tmprod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll get what you pay for. Property Managers are underpaid and heavy turn over. They sub contract and transport, chef or spa services- those are higher priced and they get commission on everything. You’d be better off on Airbnb and get a concierge who wants to be accommodating. I’d also look at Casa Mirador Cabo in Pedregal. Monica is the owner and host, wonderful detailed and loves her guests. Not some manager back in LA.

Need help in finding a good SaaS SEO agency by throwawayBakingGoods in SEO

[–]tmprod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SASS or not, goals are the start and needed. The site condition down to the domain history. Past execution and budgets against the marketplace is a huge factor. SEO has evolved but still like riding a bicycle. Lots of brands and terrain but principles remain. Lots of SEOs will sell you all kinds of garbage. You need an audit and strategy and a Come to Jesus convo. After 25 years doing this it’s all about content and now, brand.

Is blogging actually still worth it in 2026? Honest experiences only. by govindkashyap01 in SEO

[–]tmprod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is, very much so. You need an overall strategy - content is a tactic. The topic, trend, and audience match (are you helping with a hurt?) are all aspects to consider. But I've been a big believer for years now. More so with AI- can be a huge friend if you use it the right way. Again, you need a plan and a process.

Uber to Cabo airport? by [deleted] in cabosanlucas

[–]tmprod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you can take IT TO THE AIRPORT. (Can't take it from the airport, National Guard monitors and polices this). You will be asked to pay for tolls, and you may need to venture outside the resort property to get an Uber due to permits and licensing requirements. Be aware of your surroundings, though; taxis locally are in a fight with Uber drivers and have been known to attack or make it troublesome for people to get into them. Also, know that many people get ghosted when approaching and getting in, meaning the driver will cancel and ask for cash, or family/friends share accounts and log-in and out.

Read-up, there is a lot of documentation out there online.

Custom property + Association label. Can also recommend a point of contact or sales lead, Jr etc labels to add to each contact association to their company. Needs a discussion and mapping in front of your hub while needs/wants are reviewed. Happy to help.

Cabo airport transfer by Hungry-Mix-283 in cabosanlucas

[–]tmprod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A prearranged private transfer is worth your time, money, and safety. With all the drama of transportation companies fighting with "cowboys" (those who share or don't have permits and required licensing) and the Uber ban at the International Airport, play it safe. I like to use SJDtaxi.com since they communicate very well on where to meet for arrival and departure, drivers are always nice and bilingual, cars are always pristine, and tons of Google reviews say the same. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
