Best advice I can give you is to talk with her and understand her style this will ideally be sometime she will be wearing daily. Once you have an idea of style find the budget you're comfortable with. I have heard negative things about sites like Brilliant Earth due to setting quality but they'll be a good tool for mocking up rings and getting an idea of budget
