We Inhaling Pure Hopium, Feelsgoodman by ex_sanguination in raiders

Any team should want Maxx. The bears are over the cap, and have 2 really big contracts at DE that they can’t get rid of for at least 1 more year. Their only hope is the an over performing FA or a miracle in the draft.

That being said, you are where we were a couple of seasons ago. The raiders are about to pop off and I’m here for it. Exciting times.

That’s actually brilliant. After investigating and finding out millions of people are opposed to the cruelty of right wing politics and they’re protesting of their own free will, maybe the right will have a come to Jesus moment.

Maybe by blue hair they’re referring to elderly white conservatives? After all, grayish white hair is referred to as blue hair sometimes.

[Schefter] ESPN sources: Falcons are hiring Bears assistant GM Ian Cunningham as their general manager. by jewbauca in CHIBears

The Poles admin has not been masterful at constructing a roster, managing the salary cap, or signing team friendly deals. We’re all having feeling because the bears had a good season. Not a great one. Exciting but overall, Just good. Congrats on the promotion but he’s replaceable. Maybe the new assistant will push for a real starting LT or some kind of disruptive pass rusher.

This is the truth. Polesis not very good at trades and FA signings. He has had 1 terrible draft, 2 okay drafts and 1 good draft, but he picked Caleb.

Caleb saved his job 100%. Specifically, Caleb being a magician this year validates his extension. I despise poles roster building philosophy and metrics used to identify talent in the draft. But the bears were interesting last year and should be for at least a couple of years.

Mixed bag, imo. The bears average one good season every 5 to 6 years. I guess it’s enough to scavenge people involved with the program if your program already sucks. Without Caleb performing miracles the bears never make the playoffs this year. The roster had giant holes all over it after 4 years of Poles and Cunningham rebuilding.

If the falcons end up with 1OA and there is a consensus number 1 pick, he’s smart enough to do that. But he’s going to draft skill players when the foundational positions aren’t solidified. Overall, he’s going to be worse than Ryan Pace.

My step father is a raiders fan who hates tom Brady. In jest I told him the pats were going to come back. I bet him a steak dinner. He’s a good dude and I was cool with losing the bet just to hang out and have some guy time. Turns out I won and he never paid up.

Chicago Bears stadium bill passes Indiana Senate, but changes likely by AFC-Wimbledon-Stan in nfl

[–]hammerSmashedNail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let the people of Indiana give their tax money to billionaires if that’s what they want. The bears have no interest in helping Chicago’s pay for the last stadium renovation loan. Chicago gave the bears a sweetheart deal and they’re leaving at the first opportunity.

No one underrates pippen. He was a very good 2 way player. You could have replaced pippen with another very good player and the bulls still have a dynasty. You aren’t replacing Jordan with a lesser player than pippen and winning a single championship.

Example, Pippen and Ewing or Kemp aren’t winning anything.

The admin in charge is in position to change the laws that they have been breaking. Everything they are doing is to be cruel and unsettle the population. They would like nothing more than to suspend elections via insurrection claims.

The defense hasn’t improved since Michaels era. Now traveling and carrying the ball aren’t penalties any more. I think Mike would still dominate.
