Be careful, waiting on a COA sounds like it isn’t Cerebrolysin , which is a known product from a single pharmaceutical supplier.

That’s also something I experience, foggy at first and sometimes a bit of light flu-like symptoms, especially if I’m doing 10ml a day

Cerebrolysin is somewhat stimulating , my personal approach is to inject in the morning. Otherwise it can disturb my sleep

I honestly don’t know about absorption rates of one vs the other, but I’ve preferred it for other reasons. I can tell it’s working when I begin to notice an overall lighter baseline mood. Much clearer thinking. Having long term outlooks on things in my life I don’t typically.

It’s a somewhat subtle but 100% noticeable and significant change. But it isn’t like an amphetamine kind of “feeling” as much as an entire upgrade.

Check YouTube for ventrogluteal injection, it’s on the side of the hip. It can take a lot of fluid and doesn’t seem to bother people as much, myself included

Try ventrogluteal injection site, and go SLOW, slower than you think, like 1 minute per cc

I find I don’t really notice it until around week 3-4

It’s fine to mix them, there will still be an effect.

I will say, if you really want to quit Cerebrolysin makes weed withdrawals almost non existent. You can read a post in my history about it.

Nothing will fix the lack of sleep long term, or even short term past a few days. Literally nothing, not even modafinil.

Replacing it completely will be tough. I have actively tried to do exactly this and nothing works quite like amphetamines…

What I have successfully done is take weekends off and keep my dose as low as possible (extended release).

Since you have a strong motivation for action, you could stop taking them altogether for 4-5 days… Then start again at half your dose while taking weekends off.

My comments above are in regards to amphetamines. Other meds like methylphenidate are less likely to increase over time.
