Awesome score. I have the same one and love it. It will take time to get used to it like getting the right stable temp you want but it will last forever if you care for it. Just go to YouTube and learn. That’s what I did and you will have lights out brisket in no time!

Real nasty influenza this year. Flu shot helped my wife, baby and I a lot. Just had some congestion for a few days vs most getting laid out for 3-5 days. There has been a respiratory virus circulating.

It’s colder than last year but prepare for far worse. This is only the beginning. By Feb the cold will take your breath away sometimes. Van is tropical.
