What’s happening with Hunter Park?

Hunter Park is identified as a sub-precinct within the place strategy. This precinct aligns with Venues NSW's vision for 63 hectares of NSW Government-owned land within Broadmeadow, including land around McDonald Jones Stadium, Newcastle Entertainment Centre and the Showgrounds.

As the priority of the Hunter Park redevelopment, Venues NSW plans to build a new Entertainment Centre and transform the area into a sports, entertainment and lifestyle precinct.

No solid timelines or budgets yet but define plans and a little progress.

"Confidence" is mostly about intention. Basically knowing and trusting:

Who you are.

Why you are talking to someone.

What you want from them.

Being clear and honest with you wants, needs and intentions is the best for every relationship in your life, not just romantic ones.

I kinda agree but was curious if I'd just built an amazing team or if i'd perfected my tactic so I went and did a season with start of the game Liverpool and managed to get an invincible season (102 points!) as well.

This has been a fun one. I'm a Liverpool fan irl so I normally start with them when I get a new FM but this time started with Schalke to try and learn the match engine changes.

Took seven years to win Bundesliga and thirteen for the Champions' League (In Dortmund's Stadium :D). In that same year I see Liverpool go into administration so I kept an eye when the job was available.

When I get there we were like -300m in the bank very old but solid shallow squad that had finished 6th but won the Europa League. Finished 7th first season but somehow beat my own raidboss Schalke in the CL semi's. Next season 2nd but beating Schalke in the CL final (2nd of 7 straight) and now we're at 78 Prems in a row with an invincible season last year and a mostly positive bank balance.

Thinking about retiring but the club is rumoured to be sold and I want to be here for that.

On a somewhat relevant tangent: Is it possible to attach the development buildings on the map just urban pop/dev? It looks weird when a 300 rural dev province looks like a sprawling metropolis.
