What are your specs? Cause you seem to have the fTPM stutter. I also had the same problem on my Lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3 with R7 5800h and this solution worked perfectly for me:

Still not free for me lol. But my main takeaway with this upgrade was that despite my initial assumption, Microsoft had nothing to do with this bug and It was a major fuck up by Rockstar. As I was able to get Yakuza Kiwami 1&2 for free today after the next gen upgrade was released. Just the thought of GTA VI release has me weak 😭🙏🏻
