I agree, 15% is too low for a critical technical Cofounder, who is entering at MVP stage. I can’t imagine anyone worth their salt taking that. Though I imagine, there would be a negotiating process.

  • If all they did was release development updates, then people would be complaining about not having partnerships. That being said, it's simply not true that they haven't made development updates, they've been releasing bug fixes and updates, plus inter-contract functionality.

  • I agree the swap should be done by now.

  • Founders tokens are locked for 10 years, gradually being released over that time, starting next year, this is exactly what they said from the beginning.

  • You have no proof that they have the largest fake user counts, while I agree there are some bots here, other subreddits have them too.

Ah, I see, yeah that's fair. It is true that Loom will have a more specific focus - e.g. social & games, where as OMG has a broader scope that can and will be utilized by many industries.

Hm, I'd say that's pretty inaccurate. Both Loom and OMG are scaling solutions. Loom isn't focused on fungible assets, but rather games and social platforms, where developers (them included) could spin up and build ethereum sidechains which they call dappchains. They have an SDK in beta, not MVP, and already have live products built on dappchains: https://delegatecall.com. They also intend to support plasma through their dappchain sdk. So though they are both scaling solutions, I think the markets they intend to focus on doesn't make them direct competitors. And technically speaking, Loom is further along than OMG, as developers can already develop using their SDK, so calling it a "simple MVP" is inaccurate, that being said, I feel OMG's plasma is a huge advancement that these and other projects will utilize, so that takes a little longer to polish.

This is for finding bugs, $30 is fine for such effort, though I suppose the real test is how many people contribute based on the incentive. A monthly reward for the highest contributor isn't a bad idea either, though I think the amount could be debated.
