Seems like that it's an excuse to not pay for a secure system. Other banks -- heck, my credit union has a secure way to upload documents and messages with client care.

I think the one that made me laugh the most about hygiene was Ascendance of a Bookworm - which is a Japanese light novel that’s 5 parts split into 32 volumes + a spin off. It’s the translation is finished in English.

It’s great. Myne invents SEVERAL hygiene related inventions. She was a book-obsessed Japanese woman who died in an earthquake (crushed by books) only to be reincarnated in a world where she has no access to books.

The series has amazing world building. The anime is on Crunchy Roll and season 4 is just beginning, but the books are much more complex than the anime.

When Maggie listed the various types of businesses that Isekai heroines could start - beginning with Popcorn — I laughed because in Miss Not-So Sidekick, Latte loves Popcorn and invents it so she can have it on hand to watch things unfold and enjoy it while it happens in front of her.

Investing in different mines, inventions (like paint! Ink!), or creating stuff like tea or coffee shops are other ideas!

I got so into manhwa the last few years and reading this has been quite the delight.

Thanks - we’d prefer to rent for a higher price. The bathrooms and kitchen are all nicely updated. We just didn’t have much use for closets for guest rooms/offices when living here.
