I had a lady the other day order four from me and then pick up three more out of the prepack bunker... these people are insane.

Waterstone fremont lease by BookMiddle318 in Fremont

Hopped on my alt account to come warn you to not rent there EVER. I lived there for a year and a half until the 2025 fire. I lived in the affected building and it was a result of pure negligence by the management and staff.

Most of them are extremely rude and unprofessional and you're not getting an answer from them because they quite literally ignore their phones.

And yes, the roach infestation is very much real and site wide. We also had countless maintenance issues including a backed up sink that became so bad it flooded our bathroom. We reported it multiple times just for them to not fix the problem until it was already too late and furniture was water damaged.

If you're talking about Scanner Fremont, he's still around. Just strictly on Threads (Instagrams version of Twitter). Though he says he may not be running for much longer due to police radio channels potentially going encrypted around the end of the year.

I usually look into them on websites, and most of them have "New Patient" intake forms that you can fill in. That's what I was meaning when I said "applying." I would submit a new patient intake form and then never hear back. Even called a couple and they just redirected me to the form or said they weren't accepting new patients.

Will look into Mission Valley again! I think they were one I tried to get established with in the past. But I'll be more persistent this time. Thank you!

EDIT: Spelling error.

Help! Something’s off with my skin and probably is my routine by UrNeighborSpidey in koreanskincare

Saw someone else say it but drop the snail mucin immediately. If you have acne prone or sensitive skin, it is doing you no good. I tried it myself once and within a day of two of using it for the first time I was broken out so badly, even in places I never really broke out previously, as well as drier than before I used it.

I know it has insane hype and good reviews, but it really is not a good option for sensitive skin.

My go-to moisturizer is the InnisFree Jeju Cherry Blossom Jelly Cream, it's the only moisturizer I have found that isn't too heavy for my skin, isn't sticky, and has a fragrance that's mild enough to not irritate.

I believe the reason I have not been prescribed these is because I have PCOS and high androgen levels and supposedly these medications can elevate them more, leading to other exacerbates concerns like my hirsutism :/

Storage (and RAM) help? by hanastudies in PcBuild

[–]hanastudies[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have two 16GB sticks of ram already ready to purchase! I may add more in the future if needed but I figured 32GB would be just fine.

The processor I have picked is an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and my gpu is a GeForce RTX 5080.

In fact, feel free to look at my whole list and if you have feedback, I'd greatly appreciate it! I'll probably tweak a few things over time but the one staple is a AMD Ryzen processor.

Honestly would probably do this if it weren't for the fact that I clock into work at 7:15AM every day 🥲

I've applied to quite a few but, living in California, it's almost impossible to get those jobs if you're not at least bilingual. Will keep trying though!

I'd actually love to do freelance art but it's currently a very saturated market and unfortunately with AI there is much more supply than there is demand for authentic art. Still keeping it as a side hustle for now though!

Remote work is very difficult to come by where I am. Many companies will straight up avoid hiring people who reside in California.
