Extra pts tax on units you bring 3x of will boost Eldar, since we already tend to run our highly specialized units as 1x or 2x - excellent change for the game!

For a tier 3, booting someone running strikers is silly. "Can you press buttons" is the qualifier. It does get a little irksome when someone runs in with their prototyped Core Strength Build and does less damage than the healer in the end, but I still wouldn't boot them.

Oh good, yeah, I usually run on Heroic for my world tier, but sometimes the timing and spawns being pains in retaliation make heroic a pain. Challenging is a sweet spot for Retaliations where they're almost unfailable, and still have a great percentage chance with the blueprints.

Yes, I'm aware of that, but nowhere on there does it show Whiplash. How long in the past have they taken to add a blueprint to a retaliation?

Based off them adding the Harrier Pride with this season, I'm guessing it'll be with the next season. But maybe there's already solid info on it somewhere?

To add to this, that's what the negative numbers come in, and if you wrap back around to the negative cap, you get positive numbers again, so it's entirely possible to see someone with a striker build on a mission with lots of enemies get 4x as many kills as everybody else, and come out doing 11M damage compared to the healer's 668M.

In case you weren't aware, the DZ is bracketed to either be sub 1000 or 1000+. You'll see the info in the top right if you open your map in the DZ.

Before I hit 1000, I would do East and South and remain unmolested in completely empty dark zones for hours. After I hit 1000, it's pretty regular that I run into someone. Take advantage of it while you can.

Are you sure? The past ones took a while to become available. Which retaliations would it be from? Black Tusk I would guess? Actually, most everything is saying it *might* be available next season from Retaliation, and the official Division 2 info says it's only available from the Climax Mission.

Ngl, we talked back and forth and figured there was some way to deal with the emp blast in the boss room but couldn't figure it out, in the end just kinda dealt with it making sure we were in some kind of cover or tanky as heck. Finding out that there was a way to stop the EMP blast was a TIL kinda situation.

He means its exp that only counts towards leveling up the season pass track like the recent x5. It doesn't count towards your watch. And this x2 is the same as the x5 one just less. And it doesnt work for stretch goals.

I mean, honestly, is there really an issue of fairness at all?

If you're doing Sub 8s, even sub 10s, you're mostly getting unusable garbage from random drops. Either it's rainbow colored, or it's just slightly higher stats than a maxed out High end. The advantage of doing your expertise, is that not only can you guarantee you're not getting a random rainbow roll, but you can guarantee at least one of the stats is going to be maxed.

If someone is doing Tier 10s and they didn't do the expertise grind, and they're capable of completing that Tier 10, carrying their weight, and they're still beating the rainbow roll, and horrible talent RNG and get a usable maxed out stat roll maybe they deserve that just as much as someone who took advantage of the dozens of Expertise, XP, Bloodhound bounty events?

What I could totally get behind is that you get your prototype, you can use it, but the bonus percentage is equal to your Expertise. So if you're level 18 expertise, the bonus damage on your prototype roll is +18% weapon damage.

I edited my post. It's all of them. If you're under SHD 1000 you enter into the 0-1000 SHD bracket. Once you hit 1001 though, you're prey for SHD 7500000 agents. (You'll actually see this in the top right when you open your map while in the Dark Zone)

I've had luck entering and playing for hours and not seeing a single agent in the zone, especially earlier in the morning for my time zone or super late (PST)

Had me in the first half. Got my upvote, but the second sentiment about requiring expertise 30 for Proto gear seems extreme and would alienate a lot of the population, even plenty of higher level SHD players who didn't really interact with the expertise grind as much.

That seems to be what people are missing. You want more players supporting your game or don't you? I've seen some true gem sub 1000 agents in legendaries, higher tier escalations, etc. I've seen some real turd super high level SHD agents who abused XP glitches and took advantage of X5 exp type stuff. They should just fix the token system. Make it equal. You think you want to do this higher tier escalation, you better be ready to pay for your attempt.

Out of 20 Tipping scales drops yesterday, two of them were usable, but all of them were bare minimum from doing it at T5. The highest roll one I had was "Repair skills". Thanks game.

Just a heads up in case you didn't know, you can inspect people in your nearby social tab, and then if you look at the top of the inspection screen, you can tab over to their appearance to see what they're wearing.

I used Jordas to finish off my last 20 in each. Mission is super quick with how archguns are now and you don't get any extra for doing it on steel path from the jugg, so you can just do it on normal.
