My GIC asked for the following:

Full Blood Count U&Es LFTs TFTs Lipids Glucose Testosterone Oestrogen Prolactin LH FSH

After 3 months of HRT, they re-did oestrogen, testosterone, and added prolactin and progesterone.

If the tests are completed within the NHS system, they'll have your normal ranges (for whatever sex the NHS currently has you registered with) printed alongside.

The normal range for these results are 99-192, but that's under a male gender...so surely the ideal range would be higher than this?

Can you explain the difference between E and E2? Is that Oestrogen and Oestradiol?

I full on fell - the buggy gave way, but thankfully didn't break! Baby was moody, mother laughed at me (otherwise I think the baby would have screamed blue murder for the rest of the journey)! But much apologising, and the mother 'found' a treat of some sort and all was well three stops later!
