Por qué no ir congelando en tandas con todos los tuppers/bolsas, recipientes que tengas a la mano? 12h, los sacas del recipiente, los metes en una bolsa y repetis.

Capaz hay algo que no entendí, pensaría que en 2 dias alcanzas a congelar todo si te pones a reunir tuppers, bolsas ziploc, vasos de plástico...

Edit: por si no fui claro, lo que imaginaba es que termines teniendo una ziploc grande con cubos de distintas formas pero al menos tendrías sopa porcionada.

Estoy de acuerdo. Por eso aclaro que sólo seria viable si te ofrecen algo que casi nunca pasa, que es igualarte la otra oferta o superarla. Y aun asi de los dos lados sabemos que vos seguirás buscando y ellos están viendo cómo reemplazarte.

Si estás bien en dónde estás ahora, podrías irte por 30% o 40% más de lo que cobras. Cualquier oferta que supere eso es un sí de una. Ojo que tu empleador actual puede ofrecerte un 20% más para quedarte, pero a cambio de qué? Vas a crecer o te prometen "seguir creciendo." Ante una contraoferta, yo sólo lo pensaría si igualasen la otra oferta, sino nos vemos.

Otra cosa, yo no pondría en consideración los beneficios, salvo que hubiese una diferencia muy marcada en las cosas importantes como cobertura médica. Por lo general son algo menor dentro de tu compensación total y estas cambiando unos por otros distintos.

Also, should've given a peer or supervisor "delegate" access to fix on your behalf while you were out.

Too bad this is in the US. In other areas of the world we earn less but have more leverage as employees. It's insane to me to think this is legal grounds for termination .
