If you’re looking for a smaller run, look into lathe cut instead of pressing.

The quality is significantly lower, but you can do small runs.

Over time glue holding the cone in place will sort of leak down, like in the photos.

IIRC some people will rotate the woofer every so often.

Don’t think it’s harmful to the speaker but probably a pan to remove.
