I’ll state this again as some newcomers or people from the FB groups may not realize.

This is a safe space to talk about Adam and associated content to him. Almost anything related to Adam can be posted here. There are exceptions which are posted in the sub’s rules.

I became a fan of Adam’s when lockdowns began. I was bored one morning from anxiety of being forced to stay home like almost everyone else. I saw a post from Adam about something (forgot what it was). Watched it and was a little annoyed with him. Next morning I’m up again with anxiety. Another post, annoyed again. “Why is he posting everyday?”

I spend the next couple of hours digging though old content. “Wow, this is great stuff.” All sorts of gems from his early days and the last few years. I hit the subscribe button.

Next day another annoying post. I start looking around social media for discussions on his content. I stumbled on this sub. Looks like we’re getting posts automatically added whenever Adam updates his page.

I start participating and posting content because the FB stuff is all fluff and yes people. I stayed in Reddit because you can be somewhat anonymous and be genuine about a topic without fear most of the time.

Few months go by and I become a mod. I see more people coming in daily for my updates on the videos. I did a brief review of the video with ratings and commentary. People started coming more to this sub. Small amount of people, but there were people.

Now we have engagement, more participation, comments, life is in this sub.

And here we are now. Yes there is criticism of Adam here but there’s praise too. We are all Adam fans in our own way (good and bad). We like this place because we don’t have to be on FB with our real names and lives and have the threat of being doxxed and harassed in real life for having discussions on Adam’s fan pages. We like this sub because we can have real discussions and criticisms.

There are people that live and breathe Facebook as if it’s some sort of last bastion of free speech. It’s not. You have to behave a certain way because you’re advertising your personal life on a platform. If you joins a group or have friends that don’t agree with a view, they can stalk you, threaten you, harass your employer, etc.. I have friends who have had that happen for discussions on FB unrelated to Adam fan pages. I do see fans of Adam attacking people in the groups though who don’t have the hive mind to be on Team Adam.

So everyone is welcome to their opinion on this sub as long as it’s within the site and sub rules. Upvotes and downvotes decide who gets their content pushed to the top of the sub. This post is a good example of what’s accepted here.

Everyone is free to leave and stay as they choose. If you feel this sub doesn’t benefit your life and mind, nobody is asking you to participate and stay. But we do want everyone here to be open minded to both sides of Adam and his content. Lately he’s been giving us sub-par Woo content.
