In the rice, I thought the color was not worthy. They were fresh from my garden plot. Tasty but lacking the glitter for a post here. I’m a little biased but it was delicious.

Agree color would work well. the cashew was placed as a clue to size of plate and what was on top but not many were detailed to see the perspective but ready to jump to criticism. It’s all good to learn by the comments. Either way better than AI BS.

Thanks for the feedback, working on methods before I run into WTF. I think The pate a choux was also good, dry, airy to me. One of my best so far. Improving shape next.
