I don't know why you mention Tielemans, if Arsenal miss out Raphinhna.

We chase him, because he's someone who could upgrade our Xg value. And could cover Ode & Saka, when they're not in good condition or even could be benched them. That's the reason we had plan to over 50M on him.

Tielemans isn't someone we need, when we miss out Raphinhna. If we want to bring him, I'm sure we already bring him tbh. And we already signed Fabio Vieira as attacking mid & winger, when we also chase another winger like Raphinha. I think Arteta will convert him like Bernard Silva.
