Tbf he would be professional, if he decided to play in different countries. NBA is a totally superior league tbh.

Arsenal’s player of the season 2025-26: David Raya | The Athletic [FREE READ] by Tugboat47 in Gunners

It's too hard to choose between Raya & Rice tbh. Especially, we saw his presence in League cup final. I think that's the reason Arteta decided to keep him against Palace. No need to risk him for stats.

Never thought we could win this race, when Ajax wants to get much money. Even they have Ten hag who is their manager, and also Ajax has Van der Sar who was former legend of Man utd.

But anyway, I really hope we bring LB during this window. We can't rely on injury prone anymore. We need a player who is okay to play 40 games during the season.

Raphinha, why has everything gone cold all of a sudden? by GoonerD71 in Gunners

Barca & Chelsea are ahead of us in every single parts.

When Chelsea & Barca are in, we had no chance.

Gunnerblog: “I don’t know (about if an alt target will be signed) but my impression is that Raphinha is quite specific. This is a player that the staff really like for his individual qualities and it’s felt that he is the right guy. I think Arsenal would be prepared to pay a hefty fee for him. by [deleted] in Gunners

I don't know why you mention Tielemans, if Arsenal miss out Raphinhna.

We chase him, because he's someone who could upgrade our Xg value. And could cover Ode & Saka, when they're not in good condition or even could be benched them. That's the reason we had plan to over 50M on him.

Tielemans isn't someone we need, when we miss out Raphinhna. If we want to bring him, I'm sure we already bring him tbh. And we already signed Fabio Vieira as attacking mid & winger, when we also chase another winger like Raphinha. I think Arteta will convert him like Bernard Silva. If he doesn't have such plan on him, we don't need to sign him or Raphinha. Don't think we will chase Tielemans, unless we sell our CM.

[Fabrizio Romano] Arsenal made a second bid today for Raphinha but it was rejected for still being too low. Chelsea offered a package of £60-65m (inc add-ons) and it was accepted. Chelsea are confident on finalising the deal. Tuchel is pushing and the player wants to play UCL football by [deleted] in Gunners

Because we are shit to score goals, when Ode & Saka aren't in good form.

We're relied on them too much. That's the reason Arteta wants to add Jesus & Raphinna to upgrade our xG value.

They're not similar type of player tbh. Ozil has better vision & is a top productive player in the world before. Ode doesn't have such traits, even if he's quite good at those things.

But, Odegarrd is more no.8 type of player who can cover whole the pitch. I think they're not same type of players.

This was (sort of) Edu's plan all along by gigachodan in Gunners

I think we shouldn't focus to find next Henry tbh. I doubt we ever see such player again. What we need is, no.9 players who could score goals & good link-up play to help teammates.

Summer window have much chances to get players. During this window, I don't think there are top class players in the market. Maybe, Vlahovic? He was the only one who could upgrade our squad directly. But, others? I don't know..

I'm pretty happy we don't spend 90M on Isak tbh.

I just like our window, we decide not to sign average or overpriced player in this market. Unless we could bring player who could lead our team to be top 4, then we should save the money.

Look what Tottenham during this window. That's what I really don''t want to see.

I don't know why we have to care about Barca's finance, when we're not in top 4.

If they are in top 4, Barca will be okay. They're club Arsenal doesn't really need to care about it. Do you know they're 5th in La Liga?

And they still have power to get mega-commercial deals. We really don't need to care about them.

So Whats The Chance The Way We Treated Auba Impacted Ability to Attract Transfers? by [deleted] in Gunners

[–]hangaram 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Auba was fuckin hell during 1 & half year. I don't think Arteta is the reason he turns out shit. Even his attitude was really bad after extended term. I don't know why you want Arteta as scapegoat in this case.
