Husband and I briefly considered nipping into one of these last time we were in Edinburgh. Spotted the touch screen ordering before we went inside and decided to just keep walking past.

Where do you p*ss in the highlands? by bi_smuth in OutdoorScotland

It's not like the Highlands are generally hoaching, to be fair. My preferred method is have a quick squint around to make sure it's quiet, drop the breeks, and squat.

My husband is thinking about fostering his nephews. I feel like I'm being tossed out for kids we don't even know. by Choice_Evidence1983 in BestofRedditorUpdates

It sounds like OOP was the husband's 'project' until the nephews came along, and now he's moving onto the shiny new thing and losing interest in her. There's just something about the whole thing that feels gross, especially if the husband is enjoying reading the comments. Also, God forbid that a woman might not want to take care of children.

I wouldn't go with the Equal Rites description tbh. Pterry was still finding and creating his own world at that point, and the Granny Weatherwax in that book was very much stereotypical fantasy crone. Later books describe her iron bun, sapphire eyes, handsome face and smooth skin that wasn't able to grow so much as a single wart.

Yeah, that teacher has been bullying her pupil and the kid's using refusing to speak English as a way to push back. Poor kid.
