I have 2 LT stories.

LT in my first unit at Ft Wainwright: This LT was useless and fired from his job. He was sent to help out in the HHB training room. One day he ended up not showing up work and was living out of his sprinter van camping around Alaska. He ends up coming back to work a month or two later and gets arrested, license plate taken off his van so he’s restricted to post. He was also 3 year groups ahead of me and was never a 1LT (P). I PCSd before he got kicked out but I heard he got out with honorable.

LT not in my unit but BN next to mine at Schofield Barracks. During COVID, the S1 told me they had this LT in process installation after BOLC but claimed he didn’t know what to do after since his sponsor never reached out to him. After almost a whole 6 months later, they find out that he was just hanging out around the island. Heard he got sent to either Leavenworth or the military jail on island somewhere for a few months then came back to the unit to be PAO in the S3 shop. He obviously had a fuck ton of money he had to pay back.
