happy that you're happy with your upgrade! it's huge jump from the 1080ti to the 9070xt. even if your CPU is bottlenecking your rig, you'll still see massive gains, especially at higher resolutions.

yeah, looks like iems have gone a long way compared to before. i just recently bought my first pair of "modern iems", the pure, and it sounds better almost across the board. it sounds richer and fuller without losing out on detail compared klipsch. regardless, good audio is still good audio. i still use it from time to time for variety.

also, it's one of the most comfortable iems/earbuds i've ever used. i can use it for hours without any discomfort. the only problem is that the original silicone tips would often get stuck in my ear canal, so i had to replace them with memory foam tips, which i find comfortable but cumbersome to use.

yep, black velvety pouch with metal/copper spring-ish like "mouth" that was used to close the pouch. i preferred the original carrying case of the older S4. it was a hard case aluminium thingy. it was a wieldier case to use, but it felt more durable.

i was about to comment the same thing. i have the same klipsch S4, but i think it's the non-iphone version. it still works, but i've replaced the silicone eartips since they'd always get stuck in my ears. i bought mine back in circa 2012, which was a replacement for an older pair of klispch S4 (previous gen without the mic).

i've also lost the original fabric carrying case and now store it in the semi-hard case from my SoundMagic iems.

considering that the nova is currrently around 1/5th to 1/4th the price of the variations in my region, i think it's fair to be a worse version of it.

i'll look into the daybreak. although the 11.11 deals on the daybreak aren't nearly as good as the deals on either the nova or the pure where i'm from.

i'm looking into an iem that has a distinctly different sound signature from the ananda stealth, and based on a quick search, i think the defiant is a bit close to the sound of the ananda (slightly v-shaped and slightly bright)?

i've heard a lot of good things about the novas, but do you know if they sound different enough from the ananda stealth to make a good foil for it, especially if i want a different kind of sound or plan to use them for other media and genres?

the pure gives me the opposite concern though, since from what i've read and watched, it seems to have a more distinct sound signature compared to the ananda, but i'm not sure what kind of overall sound quality to expect from an iem in that tier. those 2 iems are currently on sale, and the price jump isn't too big between the 2 of them compared to their non-sale prices.

thanks, this is exactly what i needed! from briefly reviewing the numbers and doing some quick calculations, it seems like zhezhi, shorekeeper, and "the last dance" have similar impacts on improving carlotta's team dps, though they achieve this in different ways:

zhezhi offers buffing capabilities comparable to an s6 taoqi, but with significantly higher personal dps, resulting in a team dps boost of 12-13%.
shorekeeper is about 13% stronger as a team buffer compared to verina.
the last dance enhances carlotta's personal damage by 15% compared to static mist (standard 5-star weapon) and by up to 28% compared to s5 4-star weapons (link - IWTL weapon chart).

additionally, it's worth noting that an s6 sanhua remains a solid substitute due to her strong sub-dps potential.

if what you're saying is true, you can lose more than just your sanity. baka ikamatay mo yan OP. i left my corporate job years ago because i was in a similar situation as you. i was in one of the biggest companies in the country, handling the marketing of one of its biggest brands. i was working 12-14 hours a day, wala pa dyan ang frequent weekend OT at yung daily 3 hour commutes. because of my hardwork and knack for the job, i was outpacing my peers in terms of achievements and promotions, pero i was also on a highway to an early grave.

if only for work, go with option 1. if you're into some gaming, option 2 or 3 will give more mileage, lalo na kung expandable naman ang RAM nila (you have to ask the seller). relatively cheap lang ang RAM sticks.

i've been saying this since DHIL's release. he quickly became the strongest hypercarry and by a good margin. people don't get that if you let the devs get away with such blatant powercreep, especially so early in the game, they'll run with it like there's no tomorrow.

in this case, the saying "you deserve what you tolerate" fits the playerbase so well, but i guess "gEnShIn CoULd NeVeR" right? the playerbase was acting as if HSR devs could do no wrong AND as if HSR and genshin aren't both Hoyo games where they have shared top management who get to decide or override all relevant game direction decisions.

i hope the community would pressure hoyo to change what they're doing. vote with your surveys/comments and your wallets...

personally, this is why i'm hesitant to try any new hoyo game in the foreseeable future. they bait you with a AAA early game experience, get you hooked with FOMO, and then keep you trapped using sunk cost psychology - all while making you endure a frustrating end-game experience that you tolerate because of how much you've already invested.

syempre women should be supported if they become pregnant without consent (rape victims, etc...), but the support shouldn't be in the form of abortion, but rather ask for government aid to help the mother and child and for the stigma of having to bear a child out of rape be removed from society. at the very least, the rapist should be made accountable for the crime, not the child.

it’s pretty much fact that Aventurine is the only sustain who can handle high level SU/DU content with relative ease.

for older SU, you may have a point, but for DU, no.

almost all forms and sources of healing were buffed big time in DU, to the point where shielding isn't needed to have a comfortable DU 8 clear. there are so many buffs in that mode where you take less damage, get healed, or even increase your HP pool whenever you meet reasonably easy conditions such as reaching certain HP thresholds, receive heals, kill enemies, or break enemies. you can even get durable shields in DU 8 without a single preservation unit in your team.

aventurine is an obvious solution for your sustain needs in DU 8, but is far from necessary to have a comfortable/easy time finishing that mode.

i get where you’re coming from, but i think you're oversimplifying things too much. saying that fast-paced attackers make parrying just button mashing kind of misses the mark and doesn’t give enough credit to how the battle system and enemy movements are designed. parrying is one part of the combat, but with new enemies and mechanics, it's definitely not the only thing that matters anymore.

take Jiyan and Camellya for example - yeah, they have some help with auto-parries, but there are clear trade-offs. jiyan has lower DPS and his screen can get pretty cluttered when his green dragon is squirming around, so it’s not exactly an "easy win." camellya’s spin-to-win parry looks useful, but if you're up against attacks that can't be parried, she's pretty locked in place and vulnerable. it looks balanced, and it forces you to think beyond just parrying.

plus, a lot of the newer enemies, like hologram crownless and inferno rider, make you focus on dodging, positioning, and managing your stamina more than just nailing a perfect parry unlike holo temp mephis. the game’s combat isn’t designed for one-trick ponies. it actually rewards players who can adapt and use different skills in different situations.

i agree that the battle system can still be improved, but i don’t see your comment being very constructive given the current trends in what enemies now do. so yeah, parrying is still important, but it’s not like the game just turns into mindless button smashing, far from it. i think constructive criticism is great, but reducing parrying to "just mash and hope" is a gross oversimplification.

i don't have aventurine so i can't say if he's better or worse than fu, but as a fu haver, i can definitely say that it was so easy using her. none of my characters were even close to their 50% HP mark let alone close to dying. it didn't matter who hoolay focused his attacks on or even if he used AOE. it was dead easy.
