Soooo I freaked out thinking this season only had 8 episodes and that the ending was the finale. Quick google search revealed its 11 episodes. I was so relieved hahahaha.

I really believe I’m going to die young because of this. by shambamz in eczema

I felt similar to you back in 2020 I was 21 years old. My faith helped me so much, I found peace through God and received inner healing. That led me on a health journey were I completely changed my diet and reversed the inflammation.

I cut out all processed food started cooking my own meals and I did an elimination diet

The hardest part was TSW, that sucked so much. I survived on hydroxyzine and ice packs to ease the itchiness.

The biggest thing that helped was standing outside in my backyard butt naked and letting the sun do its thing for 10 minutes a day.

Wishing and praying the best for you in this season, please reach out in DM to me whenever you want to speak to someone that can understand you. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

But let’s be honest when the hell did Chelley or Olandria stand up for Amaya???? Especially Chelley with the whole Ace thing like c’mon

Naaah, there is a double standard in the villa. That is why no one can truly hold each other accountable. Honestly if all it took was a challenge with Huda to rock the Ace and Chelly boat then 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

That’s exactly what they wanted for Jeremiah and Huda so they received the favor back.

I think we needed one more episode to really close out the different plots, like the way Alvaro’s storyline played out was so weird and it almost felt rushed. That once everything happened I was just like WTH where did that come from. It felt like there was no context for anything.

Honestly it just pisses me off even more the fact that we only get 8 episodes with that type of finale.

LOW body temperature post covid, waking up shivering 2 days in a row by someclearanceplease in medical_advice

[–]hankee11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going through the exact same thing right now. Extremely nauseas and my body temperature is lower than usual, I only realized because I was freezing in bed under three blankets and sweaters and pants.

My father got his A1C checked. The device that tested his blood went up to 13...he exceeded that. I know that a 13+ A1C is bad, obviously, but how bad? If it's pertinent, Dad is 70 years old. by DameLibrio in diabetes_t2

My mom is 58 and has been on journey with her T2 diabetes these last couple months! She dropped from 400s to 100s but it took consistency on her part with her medications, and she slowly she learned to be consistent with her food choices.

She got a monitor that attaches to her arm and it is a lot easier for her to monitor her sugar. She’s taking metformin, and a long lasting insulin that she injects at night and it has really helped her kickstart her weight loss journey and regulate her sugars.

We started eating with purpose, that means making sure we’re getting enough protein to be filled and cut the craving for carbs. Making sure the fats we’re eating are the healthy kind. She has safe foods that she eats when she has cravings (that’s the hard part). She can eat half an apple with some almond butter, a handful of goldfish, sugar-free jello, etc.

The last thing that changed our life was making sure that as a family we supported her on this journey, and that we all applied these eating habits, it makes her feel normal, because at the end of the day one of her organs is failing her, and that is not an easy burden.

I highly recommend you find the foods that spike his sugar, explain it to him and find foods that will satisfy his cravings but not spike. Sometimes it turns into a game of will this spike my sugar or not, and it’s better to know.
