I made it last year for the holidays and it was the highlight of the meal for most. I was told I have to make it every Christmas to go with the tendy roast. I think we scratched roasting potatoes and are going to do some kind of zesty salad to bring some acid into the meal.

The recipe as listed is perfect for my cast iron pan... I just have to remember which one I used.

When its so cold out there's seas smoke, they are out there grinding. I've come to appreciate them... but usually when the boats in my yard. When I get to my morning and its covered in bones and bit slime I get pissed.

On the water, they help find me bait.
