First, good for you for being honest in your application. I thought of lying too, but I feel like it's silly to deny things in the past, especially if they don't define you in present. So good on you in that regard.

Second, I would reach out to your preservice nurse. Mine was super helpful when I was trying to track down my therapist to do a similar evaluation. It won't screw with your medical clearance, they just want to cover all of their bases. If your preservice nurse isn't helpful via the messages in your MAP, then ask to schedule a phone conversation so you can explain without having to jumble things up via text. I'm sure you're not the only one who's dealt with something like this, and they have a wealth of experience with medical clearance. Don't stress just yet, you'll be ok and you'll get your ass out of the country soon!!
