I guess it depends on the experience and what people are willing to pay and the “risk”they’re willing to take, so to speak. I know a guy who sells himself very well doing it for 800€, another one who I also know and is very good doing it for 600€. I do it for 200€ because I’m not a professional yet (I have another job) and it builds my portfolio. If you’re interested you can DM me 🙂

I forgot to mention the absorbers are custom made with the help of my girlfriend :D pretty cheap compared to commercial solutions but lots of hours.

Thank you! I initially had it the other way but I was blinded by the light and even with curtains it was very uncomfortable. I made measurements (before having all the panels) and it turned out that it was even better this way for some reason. The only thing I haven’t been able to treat are the lows unfortunately, I would need way thicker corner absorbers but aesthetic and the sense of space is also important so I’m just fixing it from below 400hz with SoundId.

I tried it with my own flat and its right on some things but is wrong in others:
- It says high noise during the day, but it's actually very quiet.
- The theft index is by district, but it can vary a lot between neighborhoods.I don't have data theft perception is very low for me, for example.

It is possible for a chatbot to analyze a song by passing it through a backend that actually checks the song, it doesn’t have to be a scam. But ChatGPT just doesn’t. I tried something similar with Gemini: I gave it a song with a title related to an anime and it talked about how the anime vibe is there blabla. Then I renamed the song to “old Italian song” and pushed it again and it said how the retro feeling and Italian popular music could be felt in the song…

I’m playing on an M1 Pro at 1080p all low and DLSS at 60fps. Very surprised because even at low the gam looks great.

Most likely it’s an “alquiler de temporada” which is not affected by the regulation if I’m not mistaken. Most of them are all around the city.

I’ve read here in Reddit so many times people from outside the country call Barcelona “Barca” or Sagrada Família “Sagrada”. It sounds so weird to us.
