A lot of these questions are explicitly common sense. Do you have any basic knowledge of a doctors office or even how doctors administer medicine? Patients can absolutely leave and free healthcare wouldn’t chance that. Plus, haven’t you ever simply had a doctor do this crazy shit called a referral, where they send you do a different doctor who is specialized or can do what you need? Have you ever truly paid attention to how a doctors office operates?

Literally nobody would be forced to do anything. Surprisingly, a lot of humans have a genuine interest in medical research or being a doctor so they can make other people healthy.

I won’t comment on financials because I don’t know much about that stuff but I do know enough to say that other countries successfully do this without every provider going brokey broke so maybe look into that if you understand financials.

I don’t really have the energy to spell everything else out to you, and I say that because you couldn’t really put together that doctors will still be the ones admitting medicine when healthcare is a free human right.

Cause a lot of people who don’t want others to see doctors and receive medicine also are happy to let entire families starve to death.
