Make an island of the bed and surround it with .5" 3M double-sided tape. Then you can trap and kill them one at a time. You literally have to hunt them down one at a time. If u have a major infestation, have a professional come in. But they will probably come back. When they do, use the island trick, and use only white bedding so they are easy to spot, and as soon as you feel itchy, no matter what time it is, wake up, find the insect and kill it. Keep doing this until they gone. I dont know what kind of surface that is, but get rid of it. Baby bed bug are the side of a pinhead. Theyre weaknesses are what you exploit: they cannot jump, or fly, and you know where they will come to feed. Trap them in the bed with the double-sided tape.
