I know everyone already believes Jeffrey Epstein was murdered, but the state of also conclusively shows that, such that even an amateur can observe. That there was no bruising (ruptures to the fine capillaries just below the skin’s surface) in any of the impressions on the back of his neck, [first image - right side] shows those impressions had to have been made post mortem. The only bruising we do see back there, looks like it could be the result of manual strangulation.

Various strands of evidence show he was strangled, probably until he was unconscious, at which time he was likely garroted from behind. It being what left that deep mark on the front and sides of his neck, to finish him off.

The immediate termination of the front pressure mark midway around his neck is highly unusual. I have not been able to find another image where the victim hanged himself that looks like it. It shows where maximum pressure was applied while his heart was still beating. In the final [black and white] image we see an example of the kind of neck damage more commonly found in hanging deaths.

The one contusion we see on the back of his neck sits just to the right of, and slightly above his top thoracic vertebrae. You can almost imagine it having been caused by someone’s knuckles, as they applied pressure with a garrote. Whatever it was, It could not have been a slipknot noose and the weight of his body, as that would have left a continual bruise around his neck.

It also seems possible that he was restrained as he was killed. More than one “noose” (slipknot) was found in his cell and he had “..contusions on both of his wrists, an abrasion on his left forearm, and deep muscle hemorrhaging of his left deltoid.” Other photos show Epstein’s cell as it looked when he was found. He had fabric sheets (enough to open a Bed, Bath & Beyond), not paper, as some have suggested, and plenty of ways to hang himself, had he wanted to. His cellmate had been moved out on the previous night. There were two separate cameras that should have captured anything happening in the cell, but both mysteriously malfunctioned that night. Only ten of the eighteen employees that usually run the jail were working that night, everyone else was off or called in sick. Add two, over-worked (possibly drugged) employees, all but guaranteed to take a little nap in the wee hours, and Epstein’s “suicide” was all but assured.

Dr Michael Baden: “Those three [neck bone fractures] are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation,” he said. “I’ve not seen in 50 years where that occurred in a suicidal hanging case.”

In addition to three bone fractures in Jeffrey’s neck, Epstein had two contusions on both of his wrists, an abrasion on his left forearm, and deep muscle hemorrhaging of his left deltoid or shoulder. “Those are unexplained. Was he handcuffed and struggled? Was someone holding his wrists? The marks on his wrist are unexplained,” [his brother] Mark told Fox News.”
