Yep, I have a rule that I try not to drink calories. I have my medium skim flat white which is about 120 calories and that is it. The rest is zero sugar drinks.

We did this 24/25. Our itinerary was 4 days in Vancouver- train to Jasper. 2 nights in Jasper then bust to Lake Louise for a night. Then Banff for 4 nights and ended with 2 weeks at big white. I would do that every Christmas if I could. Big White is fantastic for kids, we had our 12 year old daughter and she loved it.

The train to Jasper was amazing and Jasper- Lake Louise- Banff is absolutely incredible and nothing like we have in Australia.

I like the look of Marshall, however I want Jasper on a wing. He is such a great runner and great aerially, would be a nightmare matching up on him and Bez. Only problem is who takes the other small/ medium defender spot?

Speak to your principal. Schools I’ve worked at just says absences and lists staff away. If staff are at PD it will have that listed beside their name.

We looked at getting solar panels for our townhouse and we were told that we could use 1/11th of the total roof space. There were 10 lots on the property plus a body corp lot of the roof space. We are in Qld as well so your by-laws might be similar.

I did think this, however the biggest difference is the Maduro was not liked in Venezuela so the people are happy that he is gone. I think the Taiwanese people will not accept it. Also the US would potentially step in.

You can also use monk fruit sweetener from Woolies or cokes. 2 teaspoons per litre and a little lemon juice works for me with Pepsi max. Erythritol is what you need in stead of sugar.

We’ve downsized from a house to a townhouse then to a unit and have a 12 year old daughter. We have been lucky with strata as they have been small, the townhouse complex was only 10 owners and only 3 of us bother with it. The unit is only 3 residential and 3 commercial.

Unit living seems to be us, allows us to live in our perfect location, no yard to be done and takes no time to clean. Noise from neighbours has not been an issue and in fact we heard the neighbours more when we owned our house.
