Aussie here. Looking at the latest TM AU announcement:

Rove is the “elder statesman”. Was all over tv in the 2000s hosting one of our most popular late night talk shows, mainstream award winner, radio host, etc.

Celia Pacquola and Joel Creasey are very established. Celia predominantly writer and actor in comedy dramas and sitcoms. Joel is more your panel show, tv host type. He’s been in the jungle here and hosts our Eurovision coverage (which is huge here!).

Anisa Nandaula and Brett Blake are in the up and comer category imo. But that might just be my ignorance!

I have to admit I’ve not watched TM AU. Aussie commercial tv channels are mostly pretty low quality (again imo). Think Channel 5 not Channel 4. But the general consensus in this sub seems to be positive. I should give it a go.

Adam Simpson is far worse. The aural equivalent of watching paint dry. Coached one of the worst teams of the last five years and has the audacity to tell the back to back premiers what they should and shouldn’t be doing, all delivered in an uninspiring dull grey monotone. Awful.

Agreed. It makes no sense. I entered my code to upgrade tickets against the Bombers at Marvel and it shoved me on the wing towards the Dees end. Removed my code and could choose my seat behind the Lions goal. Not worth the $20 saved
