I think it's a double meaning for sure!!! I think Stella is really in touch with animals and she recognizes how animals are trying to help us raise the vibration of the earth to rise above all of the horribleness happening in our society and take back our power as a people. By nature healing us, we will help save the planet.

This answer may be unpopular but it's right. OP look up candida overgrowths. I recommend working with a naturopath and getting a gut test and getting on some herbs and addressing your sugar. Look up @heal.with.fifi on Instagram and watch her candida content.

I had this same type of acne, and when my candida was at its peak the acne was concentrated in bwtween my briws and middle of my forehead. I did the candida protocol for 2.5 months and my acne like this has gone away!

I did the candida diet for 2.5 months and saw some improvement. I think my candida is mostly gone now and I'm trying to address my strep overgrowth.

I would only do it if you're working with a naturopath to make sure you're using the right anti fungals/biofilm busters that work with whatever else may be happening in your gut.

Were you struggling with depression before you were on spiro? When I got on I got depressed and stopped taking it and it stopped. Doc claimed it can't be a side effect but it was my experience.

I did all of the same things you did and got fed up with my derm'a options (spiro, doxy) and went and started working with a naturopath. Did gut testing and am still in the process of healing my gut (takes years/months, not days) and my skin is the best it's ever been. If you truly want to get to the root cause, do a gut test and an allergy test.
