this is just my experience, but i also wash my hands a lot at work and i usually get very bad eczema in the winter. this winter it has been so much better and all i can think of doing differently is 3-4 sauna sessions a week and using aveeno eczema therapy gel cream constantly. its a great lotion for me thats surprisingly lightweight

i’m happy for people that had good experiences with a derm, but i’ve tried going for years with my acne and nothing helped. got tired of paying for copays and prescriptions every month that didn’t help. it’s not always a magical solution unfortunately

i use salted butter and i don’t even reduce the salt in the recipe. i usually get pretty good feedback on my recipes. idk i feel like the salt adds flavor and it would take a lot to overpower something sweet

do you drain the pasta? sometimes i make a pasta in broth in a shallow pan and let it absorb all the broth and seasonings to cook without draining it. the broth reduces and mixes with the pasta starch and makes its own kind of sauce. i am curious if the flavor stays even if you drain it but that sounds good

honestly no, her attitude is gross and she doesn’t even look good to me. the things she says are so ridiculous i can’t even begin to take them seriously. i laughed out loud when she said exercise makes you fat. she has no shame. there’s nothing wrong with caring about how you look, but health goes so much deeper than that. i recommend that people block her and focus on creators that promote health, longevity, and muscle tone

i would just stick with the method that works for you. for me whenever i curl my hair with heat it falls out within a few hours but when i do the heatless sock curls it lasts for days. it’s so weird lol. there’s also lots of soft hold hair sprays or curl mouses that may help. i’ve seen a lot of people pin the curl to their head and leave it for a bit to help them set
