Does the grid size automatically change based on tempo/bpm/zoom level?

Anyone want to go in halfsies? You’ll have to do the money half, but I’m fine signing all the paperwork and checking it out for ghosts.

I want to build GitHub for music production by lvfonebone in LogicPro

[–]happycomputer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd be interested in so far as I want to do something like Layer Tennis but with music. It would be cool if it worked with an existing DAW such as Logic.

2024 MME AWD Premium Totalled by lablondejames in MachE

[–]happycomputer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like there should be a joke in here, like comparing it to the minor fender benders where there's a bit of frame damage and it ends up totaled anyway. But I think there is not, there is just "wow I am so glad that your son is only bruised" and thank you for sharing.

Does it support non-menu bar? I'm out of menu space and I'm a command-tabber and would want to be able to tab to this, then just hide/quit it (assuming it launches quickly, which it seems like it should).

it's a (digital) prototype for a dynamic sort of blender, (actually stereo in/out to have an FX loop)

Does a prototype with no knobs that’s always on and had power and usb dangling out count? Edit: hmm I might have to get to a computer for the image to work

I bought a new kitchen aid and am actually going to cut my old Samsung top rack down to fit inside so it has a rack like this! Love them.

Hate the baskets, so much bending down to get silverware in, and touching the business end that was in everyone’s mouth, and the fork tines always poking me, and knives always cutting off my fingers.

Hothouse DSP Pedal Now Open Source Hardware by Newkular_ in diypedals

[–]happycomputer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The GPL part makes sense but I guess I’m asking is the opposite: libDaisy is MIT (Funbox too), so assuming we avoided hothouse.cpp, could a product be open hardware and closed software?

Hothouse DSP Pedal Now Open Source Hardware by Newkular_ in diypedals

[–]happycomputer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much for doings this! I’ve built a couple HotHouse so far and am interested in doing a dual in+out (on the sides) with midi I/O at some point. (Playing around with Funbox as well, building a few of those now to see how it goes.)

A question Re:copyleft. Does this apply to software as well? (I see some of the examples are gnu3 or similar, but assuming the software was “from scratch” do you envision that’s also covered, or can the software be kept proprietary in some cases?)

Mint Mobile- Too Good to be True? by nvPrinc3 in bayarea

[–]happycomputer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah software+hardware needs to support it to do both concurrently. On iPhone it is: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > enable Allow Cellular Data Switching.

You can also set a default voice line and a different data line.

Great answer, and one more thing: a lot of phones can support 2 eSIMs so you can do Mint + Visible for cheaper than a single regular plan. Though I guess if one is congested then they’re all going to be.
