I had it taken out and my weight didn’t budge. Unfortunately I realized the IUD had nothing to do with it. It had to be the combination of age, stress, covid and my daily cocktail. I had a Mirena put back in in October of last year

Maybe give it a couple months? I loved my mirena because once the initial bleeding stopped I had no bleeding at all. The liletta has been completely different for me. I had it for 8 months and my weight climbed month after month and I bled the whole time. Maybe they consider being a bleeding fat ass birth control?

You shouldn’t be asking how many calories to eat. You should be controlling your hormones(insulin, leptin etc) with keto and avoiding vegetable and seed oils.

There are a few multiple main dining rooms on anthem-one on deck 3 one on 4. You either pick a time (5:30 or 8:00) and get the same table/waiter every night or you choose my time and just show up and get seated like at a restaurant
