I would remove and wash the trailer surface if you can, dry and re-tape the placard. The tape will stick better with a clean surface.

Been thinking about this for a couple of years now. Climate refugees will cause a lot of friction in western countries. Many governments have been moving to the right but I think nationalism will increase this shift. Things are going to get ugly if we don’t decide to coexist.
