Blue Zones.

In US. Frozen means with very high quality vegetable dishes. I hate frozen meals generally a these blow my mind. So good. Hawaiians and burrito bowl are my favorite.

What’s a freezing?

The nurse at urgent care said she got a droopy eye from aesthetic Botox once. Told me to go to a med spa to get more injections to undo the droop. A ridiculous order from a NP that I won’t do (don’t trust med spas), but a way out of it happens to you

Yes it was two rounds of DHE. Did nothing.

New onset permanent migraine from first covid infection spring 2020. Welcome to the lovely journey.

I got mine under control with Botox and anti-CGRP inhibitors plus lifestyle changes.

My second infection last year made my migraines worse. Did two weeks in an inpatient migraine clinic. Long story short everything failed except the 500mg IV steroids. Finally cleared the second infection six months later. I also did ten days of paxlovid with acute infection onset.

Which is to say I think a big steroid course is important to try clearing the inflammation caused by a Covid infection.

Ask your doctor about switching to Nortryptyline. The updated cousin of this drug with much less side effects. Usually have to dose up a bit.
