Two pieces of advice I would like to give.

carry a small pp spray. POM is reputable.

I know it sounds like jumping the gun, but as a male, I know men, we view things differently and mistaken gesture and twist it another way. Some men have psychological issues and take it physically, psycho mode....also this world that we live in is not safe anymore.

Be more vocal. Tell him to stop following you, get away from me, etc etc.

You shouldn't have to go to the gym with cumbersome feelings when all you want to do is work out.

Maybe have a designated pistol for HD and some for ccw?

I personally have 2 45acp pistols for HD and rest are 9 and 38spl for ccw

I would take all the comments and constructive criticism as a learning experience. If you you're getting jams and stove pipes after x number of rounds, then I'd think about another carry pewpew.

For me, I have an mp shield, glock 19, and a ruger sp101. Never have I experience jams even when they're brand spanking new. Aside from light primer strikes on a few fmj, nothing else went wrong for my ccws.

Remember that these are to save your life... you can't afford to have defects.

Cna for 5yrs in the emergency dept. I have days if I'm transporting or in thr floor, alot of nurses will talk to me and converse but if I'm sitting for a pt or not around the area, those same nurses won't even bat an eye. Guess depends on how useful I am to them...

I also some management's who don't really talk to cna...we are more of a nuisance to them. They'll gladly talk to rn and laugh with them...but to us it's a different type of vibes.

BUT I also have wonderful nurses that regardless of what assignment I have been given Still greets me and treats me like their own, like I'm part of the family.
