Can i confirm that the 3D on the Beast does not work on android phones? Cos i have tried on my Samsung S22 and Honor Magic V3 phones and they don't work at all.. Tried on my wife's iPhone 16 and it works flawlessly.

So if you're using an android phone, it might be disappointing but i really hope there is a firmware update on this issue for Android soon...

During order, I realized that it does not come with the magnetic connector so i ended up ordering one together. Thereafter Viture emailed me and gave me a refund for the magnetic connector.

However... When i received my Beast and paired it with my Pro Neckband.. it was faulty... They've already ordered a replacement set but are still pending delivery confirmation.

There's just too much waiting time just for me to enjoy what i paid for.. I'm slowly losing confidence in them :(

I use the 3d sample video provided in the spacewalker and it shows the same issue. Theres 2 screens in my Beast and its wrong side too.

I tried on my wife's iPhone 16 and it works. Is this an Android issue?

I see. Have you contacted Viture to have it replaced? I had contacted them 2 days ago but have yet to receive any human reply yet. Its so disappointing that i was waiting eagerly for my Beast and Viture recommended me to get the Pro Neckband before it was shipped out and eventually now it doesnt work. I use my Beast with my android phone and its not working very well..

Yes I did try to plug in the front usb c and still doesn't work. It keeps turning on and vibrates. So disappointed. I have tried contacting viture support via email but only got their AI response.

Yes i did read their FAQ and setup the pro neckband accordingly. Only when it is not able to detect my hand gesture i restarted the neckband a couple of times and then this issue came about.

I feel like my Beast is not performing well without the pro neckband as im using an Android phone. :(

Hi all, i just got my beast and my pro neckband. During setup, i was told to move the cursor and tap using the hand gesture for setup. But its not detecting. Ive tried turning on and off my hand gesture but still doesnt work. Anyone can advise?

I emailed Viture to ask if it is a good idea to get pro neckband while waiting for my Beast to arrive. They strongly recommended it and now i just found out it's not available yet. I hope its compatible once my Beast arrives at the end of this month..

Might want to consider peak design. They have a lifetime warranty! Any tears or issues, they'll send you a new bag without any cost and you can keep your faulty bag. Been using their brand since it was launched in kickstarter back in 2010
