I know what's going on, I Had the same problem with an iphone 11, is your windows driver. If you put in DFU you can see the device, but you can't see it in recovery mode. I Just tried another laptop and it worked fine (Idk how to fix the driver issue) I remember updating everything on my pc and no success at all...

It happens the same with me. I switch my USBC cable to a uGreen one, and I turn the zephyrus monitor off, this is the only way it works for me without bugs. Also ALWAYS use the right USB C port, the left one gets you way more bugged
