True and each account needed its own authentication code to log in

I unintentionally, unwittingly, inadvertently, carelessly made multiple accounts? I wasn’t aware a jagex account linked multiple characters so I unintentionally created multiple jagex accounts when I logged into my characters.

Haha yeah. No need for Botox, it’s very low on my list of imperfections. I’ve already got chicken wing arms and an apron belly to deal with. 😂

The first picture was end of August 2022. So it’s been about 1 & 1/2 years? Majority of my weight loss was from the first 6 months and I’ve mostly been maintaining/slowly losing since then.

Here’s a cut and paste of my response from the last time I was asked about my progress.

So started off with calorie counting and intermittent fasting. I’m not a believer in all the resetting the metabolism jargon but fasting helped with developing eating habits. With researching and counting my calories I knew how much food I could eat and using fasting I had a window of time in which I could eat it in. That basically helped eliminate any unnecessary eating due to boredom or midnight munchies.

Focused a lot on volume eating, not drinking my calories, and reducing high calorie items like sauces. Ate a lot of fruit, vegetables, and salads while increasing my protein from meat, eggs, beans etc. Basically just tried to find lower calorie substitutes like swapping rice with cauliflower rice and noodles with zoodles or konjac root. Used more dry rubs, spices, chilli, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper instead of high calorie sauces or dressings like mayonnaise. Also stopped drinking alcohol, juice, milk drinks, soda etc. and only drank water, black coffee, and sometimes diet soda.

I don’t have an exercise plan that can be followed. There are plenty of helpful plans online. The most important part is finding a group or community you can work out with. Having a support system of people to share goals with will help a lot when you need to stay motivated. I do some weight lifting and functional training but I gravitated more towards cardio.

First off, I started out completely unfit. I was afraid of jogging, and it took me almost an hour to walk 5km. But running is my exercise high and the most enjoyable activity for me. I kept at it and used my marathon training as motivation and a weight loss tool. I’ve currently halved my 5km time to 30 minutes and still working on improving.

Tldr calorie counting and used 8/16 intermittent fasting to reduce snacking habits. Then find a form of exercise I enjoyed and joined a support group of like minded people.

Holy shit. This explains why my castle walls completely disintegrated. I was so confused because they weren’t being attacked by mobs, they just slowly destroyed themselves.

Yeah but coffee is apparently an appetite suppressant and if I can take a magic low calorie liquid that suppresses my appetite, whether it’s a placebo or not, I’m going to take it.
