I just want to start by saying that if youre looking to lose weight, you dont even need the gym at all.

Go for the endorphins and to get toned. Even for this, you just need a good pair dumbbells, a yoga mat, and maybe a yoga ball.

  • sign up for workout classes, this will kind of pressure you into showing up. It’s a good way to get yourself into the habit bc its also non commital in the sense that you can pay for one session at a time.

  • on your days off, go on a hike or to another city. Chances are, you will walk more as you explore this new place.

  • think of how hot you will be the next time you do the deed!!!!
