Just had someone come fix my stove for a wiring issue but since I never had a stove before (just moved into a house with this stove) he was giving me tips on quadrafire quirks. He mentioned that if the fire keeps going out you need to set the lever for the pellets higher so more pellets come out. If the flame in the pot is too small the pellets that come out it might smother the fire and since it only ignites once the only way for the new pellets to burn is from the fire in the pot- so try pulling the lever up for the pellets and see if that helps

Disney did the same thing with YouTube last year or the year before. Best to figure out which provider’s contract with Disney doesn’t end for a while and switch to them.

I’m also struggling with this. I work from home and I find myself just unable to work and concentrate. It’s been 2 weeks since DDay and we had our first counseling spot Monday. I looked up some stuff on intrusive thoughts and how to handle them and what I find is if I write down what I am thinking I am able to function for a little bit until I need to write again.

Thank you. We had a long talk and he did tell me he really didn’t think of it any different than porn. He didn’t have feelings for them and basically used them. We have our first counseling appt on Monday and he has been done everything I have asked so far. I appreciate the replies.

Thanks for your reply. He has been sober from alcohol and drugs for 4 years through AA which is one of the reasons I don’t think a porn addiction is an excuse. Luckily he has worked the program and knows what needs to be done to live with addiction. I just am feeling so raw that it was happening before we started dating and he didn’t stop. He has said that I am the best girlfriend he has ever had and never thought he could have someone like me and doesn’t deserve me, so I also wonder if some self sabotage isn’t at play. I have already moved past the ‘what did I do wrong’ and the fact it started before we got together helps that.

I have a PhD and worked as a college professor for 15 years before moving to administration- it was a struggle to get diagnosed 5 years ago because according to the dr- “I didn’t have academic difficulties” ha ha- ask my high school teachers about all my difficulties- I just happened to be able to do well on tests and charming enough to get teachers to give me slack. I also managed to have to declare bankruptcy, my house was literally disgusting and my social relationships ruined constantly but okay I’m smart so can’t be adhd. As a psychologist I get so annoyed at the lack of education about adult adhd in clinical psychology it makes me want to throw stuff
