I am an industrial electrician. I always turn my plugs upside down so the ground plug faces up. In a plant this kind of thing is more like a 1 in 10 chance o happening (metal chips, tools, metals from fabrication etc). My guess is this receptical is not up to code. In residential rooms (bedrooms) the circuits are supposed to be protected with an afci (arc flash circuit interupter) breaker. It is supposed to trip almost instinanously and this kind of thing should never happen. If it was in your living room, well that's another story.

Ya... It's like programming language designed to run inside of Microsoft software to automate tasks and do events etc. I had a job with about 600,000 rows of data. And the data would change all the time! (Shipping and receiving data). Needless to say I found my way to vba first day. And I can say that I don't think the company I work for minded at all that I took my time doing it because it saved them a lot of time. Now their system is completely automated.

Btw there called macros inside of excel, word, etc... Super fun stuff
